Question 1

Can I still get my Plays.tv clips back?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Plays.tv shut down in December 2019, but the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine saved many profiles and videos. Search your Plays.tv username on PlaysTV Retriever to see which of your clips can still be recovered.

Question 2

How do I download my old Plays.tv videos?

Accepted Answer

Search your username, open a recovered clip and press Download. The video opens from the Wayback Machine, where you can save it.

Question 3

Why can't some clips be recovered?

Accepted Answer

The Wayback Machine didn't save every video. If it never captured a clip's full video file, that clip can't be recovered, though its thumbnail and preview may still show.

Question 4

Is PlaysTV Retriever affiliated with Plays.tv?

Accepted Answer

No. It isn't affiliated with Plays.tv or the Internet Archive, and it only uses publicly available Wayback Machine data.
